Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about Drillr

Do I need any equipment?

No. Drillr adapts to what you have. Tell us during onboarding whether you've got gym access, and we'll build your plan around it - barbell, dumbbells, machines, or just bodyweight.

How much time per day?

Most sessions run 25-45 minutes. You can train 3, 5, or 6 days a week depending on the goal you pick during onboarding.

Is there a free version?

Yes. You can go through onboarding and try a sample of your plan for free. The full weekly plan and the rest of the drills are behind a subscription.

Is Drillr safe for under-13s?

Drillr is built for ages 13 and up. Younger players should train under the eye of a coach or parent.

I'm just starting out - is this too advanced?

Drillr meets you where you are. You set your level during onboarding, and the plan scales volume and difficulty around it. A first-time trainer gets a different week than someone already playing club football five days a week.

What if I play multiple positions?

Pick the one you play most often. You can switch positions any time in settings and your plan will rebuild around the new one.

Can I use Drillr alongside my coach's program?

Yes, loads of players do. Drillr is meant to sit next to team training, not replace it. Dial down your weekly volume if you start feeling cooked.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel any time from your device's subscription settings, or through our Manage Subscription page if you signed up on the web.
